Hey Mark, I had to re-read the string a couple of times but can see why it pissed you off, and how you got started writing this blog. It was a definite selective interpretation of your retelling of what happened, and that\'s putting the best light on it. Unfortunately, Blackistone is a columnist, quite a different thing from an actual sports reporter. Columnists as a rule don\'t really report... they editorialize. Albeit they use their sources and do research, but they\'re given way more license by their editors. Now that the guy shits on his sources like that sucks, but I can\'t say I\'m surprised. I do watch ESPN\'s \"Around the Horn\" after all. Most of us (journalists) are good guys and we do a thorough job. But like anyone else we aren\'t perfect. I\'m not condoning Blackistone\'s column and omission of that critical detail, but mistakes happen. Unless when confronted by you later he flipped you off and told you to eat it, maybe he missed those couple of words. I don\'t know, but I suspect he\'s learned his lesson. Or maybe not.
