		<description>I think all the major sports leagues need to take note of how the NFL is run.

Playes in all other leagues hide behind their contracts.  They don&#039;t even need to perform.  In the NFL, if you don&#039;t live up to your expected performance levels, they can fire you, contract or not.  Makes for a much better product on the field.</description>
